Here are few links where you can send free SMS to any mobile within India. Some sites may require free registration for sending SMS and some sites does not. I am providing two sites in which one site requires registration and you can send messages to any mobile within india without registration.

The registration process is as follows.
Open www.way2sms.com and then click on Register with Way2SMS.
Then fill up the form and then click on submit it. After this, a verification code will be sent to the mobile specified in the registration form. The code has to be entered in the page which appears after the submission of registration form. Then the account will be activated. The E-mail address specified in the form will be considered as the USERNAME. And after logging in click on Quick SMS and start sending messages to any mobile within India.
